3.11 прямое направление тока (forward direction): Направление тока, при котором к контактной площадке области р-типа полупроводникового светоизлучающего элемента приложен положительный потенциал относительно контактной площадки области n-типа.
Примечание - Для диодов с компенсацией температурной зависимости ею пренебрегают при определении прямого направления тока.
